Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Operations Management (BSBA-OM)
Program Description
The Operations Management program prepares the students for the acquisition of competencies and skills needed as managers in manufacturing and service oriented businesses. It focuses on managing processes to produce and distribute products and services. Major overall activities often include product creation, development, production, and distribution. Operations Management covers all oparations within the organization and related activities including managing purchases, inventory control, quality control, and storage logistics, and evaluation. A great deal of focus in on efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
DLSC undegraduate BSBA major in Operations Management curriculum provides training in the skills needed to solve complex problems that occur in the management of marketing, operations, finance, and technology and innovation.
Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSE)
Program Description
The program is designed to provide the studens with a solid background in entrepreneurship and mastery of technology through a rigorous academic preparation and through a unique blend of mentorship program and industry-academic collaboration.
The program provides oppurtunities for the students to become successful in business through mastery of 4 important ares: global awareness, discipline-based knowledge, technology, and entrepreneurship. It uses a unique integrated and experiencial approach in developing and managing one's self, the enterprise, and the environment. Moreover, the program promotes hands-on and actual application of the skills learned through an actual experience of generating business ideas, identifying and screening business opportunities, developing and implementing business plan, and incubating a business enterprise.
